Working principle

When the ceramic filter runs for a long time, the ceramic filter plate can be cleaned completely after shutdown. The backwash liquid used can be added with chemical agents, combined with ultrasonic oscillation, to clean the ceramic filter plate, so as to maintain the efficient operation of the ceramic filter. After discharging the filter cake, the ceramic filter plate runs to the backwashing position which is opposite to the direction of vacuum pumping, forming the backwashing effect from inside to outside of the ceramic filter plate, removing the particles blocked in the ceramic micropore, and then re-immersing the slurry. Then, when the ceramic filter plate passes through the discharge area, it passes through the ceramic scraper, scrapes the filter cake off, slides down from both sides of the ceramic scraper and enters the silo or belt conveyor to the designated position.

At the same time, the agitator circulates to and fro to prevent solid precipitation. After the ceramic filter plate adsorbs the cake, it rotates to the drying zone to continue to drain the moisture. The filtrate extracted during the filtration process passes through the ceramic filter plate, through the filter tube, the distribution head and the vacuum bucket, and then discharges the equipment. The filter disc rotates clockwise in the groove body, and the slurry in the equipment groove body forms a filter cake on the ceramic filter board by means of the pressure difference formed by the vacuum pump on both sides of the ceramic filter board. The ceramic filter consists of several circles of discs with fan-shaped ceramic filter plates, each of which is a filter disc. The filter disc is mounted on the spindle, and the spindle motor drives the spindle to rotate through the reducer and gears and chains.
